The Champions League games have stolen the limelight - but there's
also a Premier League game taking place tonight with some standouts
stats on show.

West Ham are second-bottom of the table, in 19th place, and are yet
to win a home league game this season - drawn 2 and lost 2 at Upton
Park.

Villa are in 7th place - their away record is won 2, drawn 2 and
lost 1.

The match result looks hard to call, and there's not much between
the bookies' prices for either team. However, the Corners stats
match-up well for a bet...

·         70% of West Ham games have been Over 10.5 Corners this season

·         There have been at least 12 corners in 3 out of 4 West Ham
home games

·         Bets on Over 10.5 Corners have also paid out in 70% of Villa
games

·         Both teams' games are averaging Over 11 Total Corners

Last season a high 73% of Villa games went Over 10.5 Corners, home
and away. That strong trend has continued so far this season.

There were 14 corners in West Ham's last home game v Arsenal, and 12
in the game against Fulham before that.

• Both West Ham v Villa games landed 'Over' corners bets last
  season. There were 13 corners in the game at Upton Park. And they
  went corner crazy at Villa Park - with a whopping 23 corners, one of
  the highest totals of the season.

The stats say to bet 'Over' again tonight. The game isn't live on
Sky TV but Total Corners bets are available with a handful of
bookies - check with Stan James, Coral, William Hill and Expekt.
